Pete was born and raised in Fairfield, CT. He grew up in the church and trusted in Christ at a young age. Pete played football in high school and college until God called him away from from football during his junior year. This brought the opportunity to work at ESPN during his final year in college. Pete was trained and mentored at South Shore Baptist Church in Hingham, MA, where he had many opportunities to develop his gifts in preaching/teaching and discipleship. Pete has completed his M.A. in Religion concentrating on Biblical Studies and is pursuing his M.Div at Southern Seminary. Pete, his wife Sammy and their two kids Joey and Ava, now reside in Taunton. He enjoys hiking, sports, athletic endeavors, the New York Giants, reading, and barbecues.
